Agree with that, but what I want to know is if you can ship that $45 banner here to Midwest USA so I can finally make some money on banners. Even better if that's Canadian currency.

I was wondering how Homeland Security even has jurisdiction on this kind of stuff, but after some thought, I would bet that it has to do with the intellectual property theft issues coming from manufacturing in China. They probably gave Homeland jurisdiction so they could prosecute things from China, and now they are taking on domestic IP theft as well.
