corel text..wont print the letter "e"

hey gents maybe this has been discussed before but when i type text such as cafe the has an..' on top of it,when i use certain text the "e" becomes a box?
i`m sure it`s a simple fix for some but i`m clueless on this one.

The box you're seeing indicates that character is not available in the font you have selected. Windows character map program is helpful when this happens.
