cut skipping or missing

when i cut i get a skipping in some of the cuts
or a stuttering almost like some of the cut lines are perferated but not the case
changed the blade also tried slowing the machine down
that helped
i cheched some other threads didn't see anything
can anyone help

try some oil in the blade holder .

just like a 4 in 1 oil
or a wd40?

Sewing machine oil is better it is thinner 4 in 1 will work!

i used the 4 in 1 that was all i had handy but i will pick up
some sewing machine oil
and between the new blade and the oil we are running at full speed again no hic-ups
