Cut Vinyl graphics not sticking to customer's wall!!! Help!

I believe the solution I use is pretty similar to most prep coats.

The vinyl will remove from the wall and from my experience tends to pull the PVA film with the glue of the image. I have not removed a big mural, but I have tried a tester on my shop wall. It may need repainting after but that needs to be factored into the project from the start. We cannot guarantee the the surface after removal.

You may have solved the problem, but… our experience has been that a newly-painted surface should cure for at least two weeks—preferably one month (depending upon climate). You may want to try priming with Stix primer, let it set for the recommended time, recoat with (as mentioned below) a cheaper paint and let *that* cure. Also test a premium cast material, such as Oracal 951. Good luck.
