Cutter paper Roland VG-640 issue

Hello, I have a small issue with my Roland, it does not cut the sheet.

I specify: The machine does its job well as if it had to cut the sheet with the cutter, but the cutter does not lower. Yet everything has the air up, and I can manually move the cutter.

"Initialize the limit" to fix this issue.
Front power off.
Press left, up, and right buttons all at once and turn on the power.
Follow the prompts.
Note - when it says to set cutter down position, push the cutter head all the way to the other end of the printer THEN press the enter key. Power off and restart the printer. This should solve your issue.
