Cutting Business Cards on Roland?

I found a cool way to do business cards, shelf tags, etc... We use a printable semi-rigid PVC material for trade show booths, it prints well, when contour cut at the highest setting it will only score it, but it's deep enough to tear out clean even with contours. Plastic cards look cool too. The only issue is the sight curl from it being a roll product.

OK, so what material can be used in a roland for printing business cards, for 1 Cost, energy, time is non existent, Im just curious as to the material that can be used.

But that would cost money and leave me clueless!! I want to do it myself, I dont mind the cost as it is educating me. I just want to know if its something I can do. I have read just buying a 8x11 printer to do it, and perhaps I will, just curious as to the capabilities of this machine
