When I cut the vinyl out and weed it, there is always one little area thats still conected on each letter .... im guessing this is where it starts/ends .... is there a setting that i can change to make it pass that start/end point to ensure it cuts the letter out fully.

    Thanks, Matt

it depends on your equipment, cutter- software,
what you need to look at is blade offset if you have a manual for you cutter
it should tell you how to adjust it there, if not look under the hardware section here and see if your cutter is listed and see if there is a thread on your problem, if you cannot find it please list the name of the equipment you are using that will allow you to have greater success in getting an answer //chopper

Go alittle bit bigger at a time until the tag goes away. The tags will get bigger as the blade wears.
