cutting only vp540 question

Does anybody sometimes use this machine to cut vinyl only???
does this machine have turn off dryer/heater when I cut only??
I see my vinyl shrunk after I cut vinyl.

vinyl will shrink after you cut it anyway but the heater does speed the process
and yes you can cut only and yes you can shut the heater
push the function button goto heater config. and you can adjust the temp and or shut it off
