Hello Everybody.

I'm have an issue with my printer, I have a vp-540 with triangle eco sol EDX Inks, using stock versaworks profile.

I just changed the cap tops and the dampers are full. The Issue is the cyan is printing at about 20% saturation.

Any thoughts or opinions greatly appreciated

it looks like that the Cyan-head has an electronical problem. A print of the Service Mode nozzle test could give more information.

the print head is deflecting could be caused by the wiper or it is not sealing well on the cap top you could try to flush the head and see if you can get some nozzles back

ive had this problem before. it ended up with me replacing the head, and hope that it wasn't a bad batch of ink that caused it.
i'd appreciate it if you can keep us posted if head cleans and soaks improve your output.
thanks!
