Desay Master XY 340 - HELP

I just received this cutter form a friend and just bought this serial cable from desay and using the trial version of signgo but cannot make it cut. The try button works perfectly to cut a square but the cannot get it to cut what I am asking it to? All my set up is perfect as to what desay states. When I push cut it does not start but then it tells me that it is finished. ?? Any advice. Thank you

Serial Cable is on Com 1 and I am sure it is on Com 1

did you check the knife fluid?
