If you ain't got the working capital to run your business why should your supplier gift you an interest free overdraft to bridge the gap between what you want to do and what you can afford to do?

That isn't what he said Andy. He is describing the practice of giving a credit against a future purchase in lieu of a refund when an order is incorrect.

First of all, really????? You had to bring up a thread almost a year old to complain???

Second, we've only had a color issue (or any issue) with Signs365 once or twice and they were always very accomodating. Nothing like you're describing.
