"domed" stickers?

Does anyone have a reliable resource for domed or "gel-like" sticker production? I've made a few calls just from internet research, but would always prefer a solid lead.

Need a fairly small qty and quick turn, approx 150-300 or so.

I work with the folks at Sticky Business (BC, Canada) and they deliver good products for fair prices. They batched 2 order of 1000 decals for me lately.
