Dropping prints

Nope talked to a Mutoh tech, most likely power supply. Not investing any more money into this printer, going to find someone to outsource my work to.

I have tried that. I have also sent prints through Mutohs software which bypasses the RIP software and goes straight to the printer

Just call me Chester.
I know this is an old thread but thanks for all of the troubleshooting info.
Upping the voltage to 5.15v solved the same problem for me. I picked it up used and they probably never used it much because it would stop in the middle of a print.
Now it works great.

I'm curious, what's the reason for upping the voltage? Is a part going bad and it's dropping out? Bad capacitor? Anyone know?

This the kind of thing I'd like to document.
