In the start menu in windows under "Accessories" -> "Ease of Access" is a program called "Magnifier" What you can do is set the magnifier up on one screen and have it magnify your work on the other.

I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for or not.

Same as in Illustrator.. go to WINDOW.. THEN 'NEW WINDOW'

then move the views where needed and you have a zoomed and an overall view

Cool I didn't know you can do that.

The problem is you can't pull that window outside of the Corel program window. At least not in the version I'm using. You would have to make sure the Corel application is stretched onto both monitors. Which can be done.

I have a program called ultramon which is great for multiple monitors. It actually places a few new buttons for multiple monitors in the top corner with the minimize restore and close buttons among other cool options.
