Never had to charge it. We don't apply the "fee" till after two weeks. In that time we tell them they will be charged up to $180. After that it's discarded, remind them they're still liable for labor(including the labor to discard) plus materials and that the invoice will be sent to collections. They always show up within a day or two.

Like I've said before if you don't have policies to protect yourself in these situations, then you have no options when it comes to people leaving things.
