Engine Turn effect/filter/plug-in for Photoshop?

Anyone have anything like this and know where to find it? I need to fill some letters but I really can't justify buying the big fill cd's when it's the only effect I've seen that I CANNOT render myself. Anyone?

That situation is a large part of the reasons I developed the DigitalArtNow.com website.

It is subscription based ... but you can subscribe for a single image download or several other choices if you think you might want to get more than one image. Here's a link to the subscription page.
