So the customer sent these photos? Before the installer was even done at the job?
We've had that happen....worked a massive store front with cut vinyl graphics.....customer showed up while we were installing, and called our girl at the shop to complain that he did not like the large beige square backgrounds and couldn't really see the text. She had to explain to him that it was the APPLICATION TAPE and we had not peeled it off yet, as we were going down window by window removing AFTER it had sat a while. Had a HUGE laugh after that job was done.
