mirroring the CNC file, and drilled the holes in the backs of the letters........then print your pattern with a marker on your plotter, keeping the drill holes in the file?

Like I said jhill.....I didn't want to be a thread pirate.

Rather than being a total hard ***.....I thought I'd try being a hard *** with a little good advice (pertaining to the thread) thrown in.

The mirrored file for the stud holes is something we'd already thought of once I looked up the stud mounting process or maybe it was right in the video I watched. Either way seems like the quickest solution for hole patterns.
