Flexi 8.1 cannot find hardware key

I have a flwxisign 8 Pro fir sale

I am having a problem with ver 8.1 grabbing all items on screen when I 1x on a single item.
also, the 1st 2 items will "white out" after I import a bitmap. the will show when 1x'ed on . but otherwise are out of sight.
any help?

We had this issue a few months ago... it worked fine on the machine (which was Windows 7 pro). Then upgraded it to Windows 10. Worked fine for about a week, then apparently it tried to do the license check... and that software isn't compatible with Windows 10.

So Flexi support basically tried to force us to buy the new version of Flexi to resolve the issue. Instead, we downgraded that machine back to Windows 7
