Font help please!

So this may be a long shot, but I have a customer who's trying to match this font. I've come close with "Really No. 2", but the "L" isn't quite right.

Anyone have an idea of what it might be?

That's pretty hard to see, but my guess is Goudy or some variation of it.

Yeah I know it's hard to see, it's not much better in person either. That's why I said it was a long shot.
