Font help pleeeeeze?

Its not continuum or digital sans. I looked and looked on dafont... Anyone know what this is??

A quick search with google images revealed that they dont look the same. Can you provide a link or screen shot? I cannot find this font anywhere.

would it be unethical? for someone to typeset the following:

WRENCH-ON WHEELS

and then email the eps or outlined art to:

mike@applingmedia.com

I need to do this one way or another...If I have to I will drive back to the street sign and take a pic of all the tenants and then trace the needed letters in illustrator, but that would really suck.
