FONT ID Need help finding this one.

Might be common, never seen it myself. The reason I'm posting here first is that it's an Argentinian Football Jersey, and the lettering is specific to that team (from what my buddy's workers say). I need to find this font, otherwise I'm hand drawing the b#$%h. Any clues? Specifically the NUMERAL font, although the letters look similar. They're looking for the numbers.

The font for the name appears to be Bauhaus Medium. The numbers in terms of each sngle shape are not, however a match and I do not recognize them.

Extremely close to ITC NEON. In this instance, the 1 would need some slight modification.

thanks for the help, guys. not adverse to modifying an existing... i just didn't want to get stuck hand drawing all these (it's a 'favor' job for a neighbor/good client)
