But there are so many free Photoshop tutorials out there, as well as the library. The Adobe site, in itself, has great info.

I bought the Photoshop for Dummies back about a year ago. Still sitting on the shelf. Didn't have the time to read the book, self taught most of it, but still going to get into all the tricks one day.

I'll take pointers from anyone who knows more than me. Wait a minute, that is everyone who has ever opened Photoshop! ;-)

Thanks for the link!

I can speak highly of these DVDs, I got a free set when we went out to Photoshop World and they are very good. Here is the thing though, if you do not know what you are doing in Photoshop --- these DVDs are not for you. They show you techniques on how to simulate effects and do some pretty mind blowing effects. If you do not know Photoshop, then these are not for you -- learn the software first by using sites like lynda.com or TotalTraining then buy these.

Best thing to do is get a Juice Drops disk, and then dissect one of 'em down to the individual layers, figure out how they did things...
