To those that still do... It's coming back, little by little and I encourage you to take serious "new-comers" under your wing. In the end, you won't regret it.
To those that are aspiring and serious... It's coming back and I encourage you to seek out mentors. Be diligent and work hard at your dream.
It does not come to you easy. Practice, listen to and watch closely of your mentors, practice, practice, practice...you will get there and love it? You won't regret it.
