what do you use to make a frame for 4x10 alum sign mounted to building. in the past i use 1"sq tubing and make the skeleton and rivet the alum sign face to the frame then metal corner over the edges. having trouble finding the corner strips. anyone know where to get them or have better ideas for what to use for a frame
thanks

We like to do a raised frame bent from .040. We 45 either the horizontal or veticals amd lap the corners.

we weld the faces with returns, to make aluminum pans. ...or simply bend the returns & weld the inside corners, if small enough.
premount 2x2x2" angles to the wall, corners and centers, and cup the pan onto the wall over the angles. secured with screws.
