Getting parallel lines with my black head on my Mutoh Toucan LT

Hi:

My first post here! Hope you can help. I’ve attached a picture showing a black crop mark that has two lines instead of one solid line. I’ve made alignment adjustments at the test print menu but didn’t change it. It also causes a bit of a shadow around black text, more noticeable in smaller text.

Any thoughts?

Alignments or missing nozzles?

What does your nozzle check look like?
