Some graininess is always going to happen on a 4 color for sure. Especially when you look that close. Increasing the ink saturation, if you can do that manually on your machine or in your RIP, can improve the coalescence. But too much will mess up your prints. If you're really curious I'd print out some test swatched of the grainiest colors at different ink saturations and see how it looks
