Need Help Graphtec ce5000-50

Im having trouble with graphtec ce5000-50. The width reads it in length and the length reads in width i can't make the witch longer than 24 since it's the max so when I try to cut letters more than 24 inches I can't make it cut the long way. In smaller things thay are less then 24 inches I have to make everything cut in mirrored so it can cut the right way other than that it won't cut it normally. The plug in I an using is for Corel

i am not familiar with that plotter, but may be there is a setting on the machine that will allow you to rotate the page by 90*
