cutter is off. This is with only two rows of decals….
Printed from onyx. I’ve tried different pressures with the pinch rollers but they are still off.. blade was clean and it’s not out too far….

Did you check it with a straight edge to see if it's actually the print that is off?

Or the cut is off completely left to right?

The photo is turned 90 degrees so it would actually be off up from top and bottom.. I have printed theses out A LOT so I don't think they print could be off? I have never heard of it being off from the print....? Would that be a consistent problem? The night I posted this, after I cleaned my blade, I must have hit the tip on the edge because not my cutter isn't cutting at all. I looked at my blade and noticed the very tip is broken. (It wasn't broken when I cut these but maybe it was coming to the end of its life if it chipped off?) I am ordering a new blade and hoping maybe the blade was the issue... (I highly doubt it though.. to me it looks more like an issue with the rollers or how it's reading the registration marks.)

You'd be surprised what an old or damaged blade can do. Also a loose blade holder. Sometimes a fix can be as simple as tightening a screw. Other times.....

If there is a way in Onyx to print the cut line, print it, then send to Graftec and see where it's off.
Clean the rubber pinch rollers with a 50/50 mix of Alcohol and Water to get the whitish haze off.

Thank you for the replies...
brand new blade and cutting strip did not make a difference.
It is still slightly off and I am not sure how to fix it..
Wheels are cleaned as well as the entire surface.
I am unsure if it is off from reading or if it is off because of the pinch rollers. Here is a photo of what I cut out today.... (Drawing marks are to show which way it was facing when it was printed on a sheet.

I have switched to segment auto correction using extra segment marks....it did not make a difference.

Press menu, press 2, press down arrow twice, press 1, then adjust the X and Y values.
(X is Up & Down and Y is Left to Right)
After making adjustments press Enter then Menu.

Need to calibrate these every once in a while. Joseph44708 gave you instructions. There is a target from Graphtec you can download if you want. I find this useful when calibrating (FWIW we have had ours for five years, calibrated it a year one, and again this spring - that is it and our volume has increased).

Thank you so much! I saved this for future use!

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
SOOO I thought this was working and I kept adjusting until I got it perfect... for the first row. by the time it got to the third row it was off again... worse than it was before...
Your plotter and your printer seem to disagree on the length of your media. Try diddling that setting a bit.

Chech your pinch roller pressures.
Step 1: put a strip of your media under one of your pinch rollers then engage the pressure arm then with one hand pull slightly while with your other hand put pressure on one of the knerald rollers to keep it from rolling forward while pulling slightly on strip of media. Check all pinch roller positions. If any have less drag than others adjust them with the little screw on back of pinch assembly.
