Imminent Death

Hey guys,
We recently obtained Corel X3 and I'm trying to get our Graphtec FC7000-130 setup to where we can die-cut with it.
In a nutshell: t'aint workin'.
I've downloaded new drivers from Graphtec (located at http://www.graphtecusa.com/products.php?visit=img&cat_id=1&series_id=33&view=D), burned them to a CD, and ran the installation. Towards the end I was asked where I wanted to install for Illustrator, but not Corel. Corel X3 has a Cut/Plot option, but when I send the die-cut to the Graphtec, I get "Error 1 Instruction Not Recognized". On a side note, I can't cut through Illustrator either.
Any ideas? I can't find beans for good documentation on the web.
