Graphtec varying results

Hi

I have a Graphtec CE6000-120 with a 60degree cleancut blade, with the following issues:
It makes perfect testcuts and if i do a 70cm x 100cm job and starts weeding it, the beginning(or end, not sure which it is) its not problem to weed, but when i get maybe 75% into the weeding, it starts being hard to weed - its not the start/end(hangnails), but more like if its not cutting deep enough(not sure!). If i weed it slow, i can see that the vinyl just dont want to let go. I have to push it down, for it to do the last part of the job. Speed 6, same big lettersize in the whole job.
What might be wrong? Works fine if i do eg. 10cm x 10cm

Weird thing about the testcut:

1. When i go into "cond/test" to make a testcut. It has issues in the left buttom corner = bad testcut.
2. But if i go into "force" and saves it right away(makes no changes!), it moves the head a little and then i make another testcut, then its perfect(every single time). If i then make another testcut, it will do 1. again..
What might be wrong?

Did some 120cm wide testcut and the blade is making way more visible in the beginning of the cut(right) and when you get to the end(left) its making less of a mark in the backing.
Force 6 - if i use 5, it will have issues to weed.

Hard to get a decent image. This was the best i could get. Light has to hit right, to see the cut in the backing:

Have you tried removing the cut tool and replacing right back in making sure everything is tight?
Have you taken the blade out with spring and see that there is not any debris in there?
Is the material warping up any or has pinch rollers with proper placement and adequate pressure across the board?

if none of those, not sure....

How much of your blade is sticking out of the bottom of your blade holder? You should see just a tiny little sliver of the tip sticking out.
Assuming the force ratio is the same as my Graphtecs, you should be on a FORCE setting of 9-12 with a new blade up to 15 to 17 with a heavily used blade for 2mil cast vinyl, little higher settings for calendered.
Also check that the PAPER WEIGHT setting is enabled(If you have it). You definitely have something weird going on though.

I always use 45 degree blades for cast/calendered vinyls. The 60s are more for reflective and heavy stuff.

What brand of vinyl are you cutting? Is it from China?

- Tryed with clean cut blades 60 blades and the original 45degree graphtec blade.
- Other vinyls with the testcut only, with bad/weird results as mentioned in #1 OP.

1. As you describe a tiny bit of the tip, is sticking out. If pull it bring the blade a small amount back it wont make any cut, so i guess its the right amount out.
2. Oracal 631 and i also have tryed other Vinyls (only with the weird testcut mentioned in #1 op).

I wrote with "Clean Cut blade" and they say force should be around 10 or 11 with there blades. (there website: Use 30-50% less downforce).
Basicly all of my testing have been with 60degree cc blade. I tryed with a 45degree original graphtec blade, which didnt have problem with the end(left side) of the job. It still have issues with the testcut tho - it makes the blade-direction-change(looks like a "J" cut), then it cuts a good testcut, then the next testcut is bad. As if it doesnt remember the angle of last cut?

45degree original blade settings:
Force: 12
Speed: 6

60degree Clean cut blade settings:
Force: 10
Speed: 6

If you have one of those cheap Chinese blade holders, that could be the reason.
I tried one for one cut and returned it right back to the seller.
Original Grapthec blade holder is the only one I'm using.
