H700 past owners wisdom needed! print heads/nothing jetting

Well this repair is getting worrisome. I really need any tidbit of advice or past observations on this one from current/past H700 users. There's no way where I am (shutdown for the year to reorganize) that I can switch printers or throw money at the current 1000lb paper weight. It simply has to work, not even well for my product. I can make product with one print head if I have to.

to summarize:
- printer working fine next day blank printing (no test print, no cleaning cycle jetting, no printing files, all heads all at once)
- board comm utilities in the "test printer" portion of the firmware check fine
- changed out the print head power board
- changed out the print head control board (D3 light not blinking)
- changed out the usb control board (D3 light comes on momentarily, then cuts off)
- tested continuity to J17 (runs between usb and print head control board for comm or something)
- waveforms have returned to default (analog 6pl) and will not accept sericol UV not matter what order of button clicking or restarting has been done (i've tried all 72 of them)

is there another board, a test, a parameter?

my H700 may be dead forever. i might be able to revive it with a few simple clues (firmware versions, board behavior input, et). EFI techs are helping but don't remember details. i've recevied some help via email from two people but it's just too sketchy.

this isn't just a "get another printer" situation. it has custom inks, modifications, there a 48 page catalog printed for the product that it produces. and there's no "outsource" until it's fixed, get another used H700 (senseless option), or get a new printer and re-engineer for several months.

if any one has or has had an H700 in the past, no matter what kind of PTSD that experience caused, could they please lend me a few tidbits of experience that might get this thing accepting waveforms or point to the part or software issue that would cause it to not write or save waveforms.
