I just ran some decals for wall graphics roughly 9"x6" with a 1/8 white around with the new oracal 3268 and it keeps lifting off in spots has anyone had this same issue and that's not repositioning that's upon first install

All wall graphics lift a little. Some more than others.

Phototex. No lifting at all in my experience. Even with full bleed.

i never saw a lifting either..

I have observed it not sticking like it does when applied to glass.
