I began routing some dimensional HDU letters, they involve cutting them out and contouring the top edge, rounding it out. Well apparently I should of used the contouring bit first because many of them moved, some did even with bridges holding them. Going to attempt to put the letters not ruined back into the board and center them in their cut out space. Any suggestions as to how the vacuum table can suck them down better? Boss is not happy, to say the least. I have a Sabre 408 with vacuum table.
