HELP! I'm Pulling my hair out trying to fix this overspray issue on my FB700

Thank you for your inputs, BigJerm and drifta.

My head height is currently at 0.85" so I'm not too sure that it's the issue. Also, I've only noticed two colors (cyan and magenta) that is having most of the overspray.

If it were indeed head height issues, shouldn't all color inks be overspraying?
Mine was just the cyan. Hard to say what ultimately fixed it. Really, I can still see it on grays and light blues. It also appears more dominantly on text, even though Flexi 12 gives me the option to "convert all text to paths". I did a thorough manual cleaning. I also ran alignment tests. I do know that our head height was off. It was 1 point something. I no longer the automated thickness measurements though. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I'm still new to this.
