help loading flexi 8.6 v2 on windows 7

any idea how to get flexi to operate with windows 7 enterprise

Sorry, My I.T. man is here and it a little nerve racking right now......Flexi installs but when you run flexi an error message comes up saying cannot find the security key that matches the password

might want to check if the sentinel drivers are up to date and working with your Win7 install:

The advanced medic app will report on what is up and what is not.

I just ran through this today on Win7 premium/flexi 8.6v2 and everything seems to be good to go.

Drivers are up to date 7.5.1 and sentinel diagonists reconizes the key but says the password does not match the key which it does.

Are you 100% that password is for that key?

Also, do you have any other hardware keys connected to the computer?

Do you have another license of Flexi installed on another computer on the same network?

yes ....different keys and license......oopppppp////////notice just fixed it.....had to MANUALLY INSTALL THE ENTIRE SENTENIAL SUITE....NOT JUST THE DRIVER......IN XP YOU MUST NOT HAVE TO DO THAT...
