but I can not registration

(you do not have permission to use MSA)

Is this software only for Maintenance staff or not?

You can re-register it on Mutoh Club. The site will complain that the serial number has already been registered, but click through. Http://mutoh-club.com/mutoh/guser

I’m an Equpment Tech with Fellers. You want to use Mutoh Status Monitor, not Mutoh Service Assistant.
The Mutoh Club site will register a ham sandwich if you click enough boxes.

If you have an older model, MSA version 4 doesn't require a login and you can do all the tech stuff like updating firmware. Newer models require MSA 5 and a login though.
