Help with Rasterlink 5.

I have a mimaki jv33 using rasterlink pro5 sg. I went to print today and got a message across my print that says "not registered". I rebooted everything but it did not change or go away. I read in my rasterlink manual that if this happens then you should uninstall rasterlink then reinstall. I uninstalled the program but now it will not let me reinstall because it says that "some files exist in the installation folder" Anyone else experience this problem?

Try restarting the computer as it may need to restart to completely get rid of some of the files. If that doesn't work, go find the Rasterlink folder on your C drive and delete it then try to re-install.
