I have a mimaki jv33 using rasterlink pro5 sg. I went to print today and got a message across my print that says "not registered". I rebooted everything but it did not change or go away. I read in my rasterlink manual that if this happens then you should uninstall rasterlink then reinstall. I uninstalled the program but now it will not let me reinstall because it says that "some files exist in the installation folder" Anyone else experience this problem?
