HELP!! with Roland VP 540i

I just did a full cleaning and changed my capping station, not sure what there called but the ink bladders on top of the print head and cleaned my encoder strip. Now my c & y barely print and my k and m dont at all. What did I do wrong? Thanks in advanced for the help.

might need a tech for this one but did you check all the lines make sure everything is connected properly, maybe you have to pull some ink with a syringe or maybe just do a powerful cleaning to get the ink through the lines. just putting stuff out there to try/check. do you have a tech guy that you can call? or try roland maybe it can be resolved over the phone

No, but just ordered a new head, half of it would allow me to run cleaner through it but the other half was clogged ( on my black head). mow i just need directions to reinstall it?
