Hello, Can anyone tell me how to get my color back? I have a Roland versacamm sp-300v. I stop getting color, I was just getting black and blue. I did many cleanings, I changed my print heads, cap stations, wipers and dampers. I also pulled ink through line with syringe and ink came through. I replaced all of my ink cartridge too. I was able to get blue and yellow only, and some black splotches. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a bad head, replaced everything around it and no luck. I think those are DX4 heads, so at least they're relatively cheap.

It could be but less likely as 3 of the colour are printing something. They tend to either work or fail completely, but still worth checking

Check the ribbons going from the carriage board to the printheads. You did not mention them as a part you replaced.

Were they new, refurbished or used heads? That site you listed doesn't seem to work.

One way to see if it is the cable is with the power turned off and unplugged, you can swap the cable going to the magenta head with the cable to the yellow head and see if that changes your results. If not, I'd tend to believe there is a problem with the head.

I did see you mentioned you pulled ink through with a syringe. Did you get Magenta to come through when you did, as well as black?

Solventinkjet.com is an active trusted member here, so I doubt they'd sell you a used or refurb one. It's quite unlikely you'd get 2 defective heads at once. If you rule out the cables, my guess might be the board those cables go into.
