I'm a LINE-X dealer, we install spray-on bedliners in trucks and we also apply LINE-X to many other things. We have a new product being launched soon that will allow me to seal a graphic into the bedliner. The product is a clear polyaspartic called Aspart-X that is sprayed on top of the graphic, think of it as a clear coat.
The process will be:
1. Spray the bedliner.
2. Place the graphic on the bedliner.
3. Spray Aspart-X.
I'm interested in being able to create the graphics at my shop. I'm a TOTAL newbie in this regard. I have no idea what software or equipment to search for. All I can tell you is that most likely, the graphic will need to be the backwindow perf. vinyl that's 70/30 or maybe 50/50. I figure, once I learn the process, I could perhaps offer other types of vehicle graphics.
So, perhaps someone could point me in the right direction!
