I am making a canned sign and the front is 3/16" translucent white lexan i got from a sign supplier..off a roll...well its curled...like a bananna. which sided do i cut out? how do i get it flattened? what should i do? the sign face i am cutting is 32 x 72. Also...inside the sign which is LED lit...should I put supports for the face to keep it in place if it is pemanently bananna-ed? thanks for any help. Joe

Usually it says which side is toward the sun - usually the "outer" side of the bend ) <- but sometimes its rolled wrong...hangar bar shouldnt be needed if its only 32" tall, but if it goes the other way, yes...

welcome from cali :thumb:

What they said...
It should be marked which side faces the sun.
Once it's in the cabinet it should stay flat.
