How do I print using a "jig" on my flatbed

Hello,
Hopefully someone can help. I print these acrylic blanks using a jig. I need to print in multiples of 10. My belt on the flatbed must be dragging because the registration is off as my jig moves through. Has anyone ever printed a jig on maybe vinyl and then set the acrylic blanks on top of the vinyl and run it back through after printing the jig?
Thanks in advance! See pics below

Yes, that's how I do nearly everything that needs a jig right now.

Put paper/vinyl on bed, set Z height, print outline of item.
Place item, reset Z height, print artwork on item.

Given you have a jig already made, perhaps you could print the outline of the jig on paper/vinyl, and situate the jig on the bed based on that outline. Might be less work than using the above method.
