Need Help How to add bleeds to contour cut?

I need to do this as a print and cut, but I don't know the best way to add bleeds to it because of the multi color intersections. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have Corel Draw, CC, and Onyx.

I would use the pathfinder in illustrator to make it a solid object after copying and then offset path feature if you want white around the logo.

Create a contour of each color, separate then send to back. Still need to go in and mod the nodes in different areas
