When doing a translation from Google, I copy and paste into Illustrator first since it recognizes the characters. Choose the font you like. Some customers like the block style lettering. Others prefer the script style. Once I have it in AI is save it in that format. Then I can open in Flexi. But as others have said, translation be correct is key.
