how to recover corrupted dwg file?

There is a problem!!!!
when opening the drawing of AutoCAD 2007 writes me: “ Cannot find specified drawing file.
Please verify that the file exists”. what to do with it?dwg

Sometimes this helps:
run AutoCAD - insert block - file - and select the damaged file, then save under a different name.
