How to reset service counter onHp designjet 8000s

Does anyone know how to reset the service counter for a designjet 8000s? I just serviced it myself, but the "needs servicing" message still comes up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

reset nvram.. Not sure about your machine but resetting that usually resets every thing.
