10% down yoy partly due to lowering ad spend to get rid of lower margin sales and partly due to the marketplaces I sell on having lower sales overall. Pretty average January but first time in 3-4 years that I'm not equal to or a few % growth yoy

Right pondian, busiest January in 15 years, 40% up year on (2020) year. Customers are spending like no tomorrow.

We're busy, like people just woke up from hibernation. Last year was way over any other year. Not sure that I want to do it again. Everyone is overly grouchy and burnt out including myself.

we offer quite a few different services so if one department is slow usually another is picking up the slack.
over all we are pretty steady but our silk screen department is swamped right now. digital printing is steady, die cutting steady and flexo printing pretty busy.
we brought on a few temps to help with handling, fabrication and shipping/packing.
solid back log, phones are ringing so looking good so far

I like making signs
The first 2 weeks of January were SLOW. Infact I got a few movies and documenteries in while doing some cleaning LOL The third week it really picked up. I worked late 2 days a week and plan to work Saturday so I don't get behind. Heading to Mexico the end of the month. I was scared the beginning of the month but plenty of work now. It still doesn't seem as busy as last year but I can't remember for sure.
