hp cutting plotter

Hie All,
I am Osman from Pakistan..
I was earlier using a roland plotter for sign making but it has gone out of order and I cannot figure out the error
However, I am now planning to buy a new plotter.. either by HP!
i just want you guys to suggest me that which machine should i buy keeping in mind that i dont hav a big amount, else I could get a roland..

I would be very thankful for your suggestions..

osman, Get a used name brand cutter. Do not get a cheap chinese cutter.
